We had the pleasure of having Vince Thorne as our Wedding Photographer and we were so happy with the service. Vince made sure we were happy prior to the day, getting to know us and what sorts of photos we were after. He is so friendly and easy to talk to, we always felt at ease - this was especially important on the wedding day as he made us feel completely comfortable and able to just be ourselves in front of the camera which was great.
Vince was excellent on our wedding day and both he and Callum worked together well with our Master of Ceremonies rounding guests up and making sure they were in place for photos. Vince and Callum had some very creative ideas and we were excited to see how the day turned out on film.

What is your Fine Weather Guarantee?
As a Photographer I always worry about the weather, shooting a wedding in the rain is not the best, and want the best for my clients, so I gave it some thought.
So in the event of inclement weather, mainly rain, if you would like the main formal photos done again I will happily do them when the weather is better, this will be free of charge to the couple, **Note the costs of Hair and Makeup, clothing, transport etc to be met by the couple **
Can we meet you before the big day?
Of course! I love to engage with couples before they book me. It gives us a chance to have a get to know you and have a chat either over tea and cake or some people want to meet at a hotel like the Radisson Blu, it's your choice.
How long will you be there on the day?
For full-day coverage, I don’t put a time limit on the number of hours included. I normally cover the makeup and hair shots so that I get the whole story of the day, and aim to be at the wedding venue at least an hour before the day starts, I'm there until the last dance and the throwing of the bouquet.
What happens if I'm ill on the Day?
I would have to be seriously ill to miss your wedding day, but please be assured that I would always endeavour to find another photographer for you.
Are you insured?
Yes! I have both public liability and professional indemnity insurance. (Hiscox)
Do you shoot Group Photos ie Formal shots?
Your wedding photos wouldn’t be complete without a few shots of you with your nearest and dearest. My style is mostly informal, so don’t worry, we’ll always make this fun for you all. I usually advise around 10 - 15 group photos, so you don’t have to miss too much of your day, however, if you want to make a list I can shoot whatever you want 🙂
I see that you offer a pre-wedding shoot as part of the packages that you provide can you tell us more about what this entails?
Some people including me hate their photo taken, however, I like clients to be comfortable around me and visa versa and it helps us get to know each other better, you get to see what I’m like with the camera and you get some beautiful fun photos to cherish. It is really important to me that you feel relaxed and comfortable by the time the wedding comes around. I don’t want to feel like a stranger showing up on your big day, so that’s why it’s always great to meet for a catch up first and then and do the pre-wedding shoot.
What camera equipment do you use?
I use a Fujifilm XT5 and a Canon EOS R5 all cameras are Medium Format mirrorless and of the highest quality and are fitted with the highest quality prime lenses.
What is the risk of our photographs on the day due to a corrupt SD or compact flashcards?
All of my cameras are equipped with two card slots which when a photograph is taken the camera writes to two cards simultaneously this minimizes the risk of losing the data.
Do you supply high res quality JPEG after they have been processed, and do you give out the raw files?
Yes we do supply high-resolution JPEG but not the RAW files which are Copyrighted to me
How long after a wedding day do you supply the photographs to us for viewing?
Post-processing normally takes between 3 to 4 weeks depending on the amount taken on the day I will be keeping in contact and always like to send a couple of photographs the day or two after the wedding just to whet your appetite
Can I order canvas prints, high-resolution images, or framed prints from you after our wedding day?
Yes, of course, you can I work with some really creative people including Graphistudio Italy and other great business partners
